We’re based in Claremont, NC, and proudly serve all of Catawba County, including Hickory and nearby towns. Let’s bring the balloon magic to your area!

Are there any delivery or installation fees?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we do! Our installation fee is 20% of your balloon decor subtotal. Delivery fees are based on the distance from our HQ in Claremont, NC, at $4/mile, with a minimum charge of $35. This ensures your balloons arrive safely and beautifully!

When should I book your balloon services to secure my date?

Our custom balloon decor takes time to plan and perfect! We recommend booking as soon as you lock in your event date to ensure we’re available to bring your vision to life. Don’t wait—dates fill up fast!

How long do balloons last?

Accepted Answer

While we do use the highest quality balloons, we cannot guarantee the life expectancy once they are delivered/picked up. Air filled balloons outdoors under minimal weather conditions can last 1-2 days, while indoor balloons can last weeks. But there is no guarantee.

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non refundable. However if you must cancel your event set up, your deposit will be credited towards a future event date and time, subject to availability.

What is a Freestanding Balloon Garland?

Our freestanding garlands are a budget friendly option for custom balloon decor. Built at our HQ, picked up and installed by you. These are built on a disposable weighted base, that may kept or returned to us. All freestanding balloon garlands are pick up only, and roughly 8-9 ft in height. Can be transported in a midsize SUZ with all seats folded down.

Can I bring my own balloons for you to use?

We love your enthusiasm, but we can’t use outside balloons. This helps us maintain the high quality and safety standards you deserve!

Most of our installations take 2 hours or less, depending on the size of the installation and custom options.
