Yes we do! Installation fee is 20% on top of your balloon decor subtotal. Our delivery is calculated. based on the distance from our HQ in Claremont, NC, at $4/mile. Our minimum delivery fee of $35 will be added to your invoice, regardless of distance.

Custom balloon decor takes time to prep, plan, and execute. It is recommended to book as soon as you secure your event date to avoid any disappointment of us being booked and not able to help with your event.

While we do use the highest quality balloons, we cannot guarantee the life expectancy once they are delivered/picked up. Air filled balloons outdoors under minimal weather conditions can last 1-2 days, while indoor balloons can last weeks. But there is no guarantee.

Deposits are non refundable. However if you must cancel your event set up, your deposit will be credited towards a future event date and time, subject to availability.

Our freestanding garlands are a budget friendly option for custom balloon decor. Built at our HQ, picked up and installed by you. These are built on a disposable weighted base, that may kept or returned to us. All freestanding balloon garlands are pick up only, and roughly 8-9 ft in height. Can be transported in a midsize SUZ with all seats folded down.

While we appreciate the effort, we cannot accept or use any outside balloons.

Most of our installations take 2 hours or less, depending on the size of the installation and custom options.
